Despite his failure during the last winter transfer window, Zinedine Zidane would not have said his last word for Erling Haaland. However, the transfer of the Norwegian striker to Real Madrid is not expected to take place until summer 2022. On the one hand, Zinedine Zidane is reportedly unwilling to land a serious competitor for Karim Benzema before his contract ends. On the other hand, Borussia Dortmund is not expected to let Erling Haaland go for two years.

Erling Braut Haaland was a real revelation early last season, winning a number of teams. So much so that Europe made it in the last winter transfer window. Despite interest from Real Madrid and other big cars, Erling Braut Haaland preferred to sign for Borussia Dortmund. An association in which he is an undisputed and undisputed owner. However, Zinedine Zidane would not have forgotten to lure Erling Braut Haaland into the White House on the contrary. If you could have imagined that the Real Madrid boss would tackle 20-year-old Nugget in 2021, it shouldn’t be. Indeed, Zinedine Zidane should be patient and take action for Erling Braut Haaland only in 2022.

The arrival of Halaland rejected by Karim Benzema?

According to information from AS announced this Friday morning, Erling Braut Haaland’s transfer to Real Madrid in 2021 would be “almost impossible”. According to the Spanish media, neither Real Madrid nor Borussia Dortmund would be ready to complete this operation next year. Before his contract expires in June 2022, Zinedine Zidane doesn’t want to hire a player who can overshadow Karim Benzema or at least an overly serious competitor. Erling Braut Haaland should therefore be hired as heir to the French striker. For its part, Borussia Dortmund should in no case accept the departure of its number 9 before the same date. In addition, Erling Braut Haaland would not have an exit clause for the summer of 2021.

No release clause at € 75 million?

According to AS, internal sources at Borussia Dortmund also said that Erling Haaland’s contract for the next summer transfer window does not contain a clause of € 75 million. And that contrary to German rumors. There would only be an oral agreement between Mino Raiola and BVB management for an easier start in summer 2022. Erling Braut Haaland would therefore have two full seasons at Borussia Dortmund before flying to Real Madrid.
